- How to make a booking ?
- Please fill the reservation form available on each
hotel or services.
- Try to describe us your special request on the
"description" box available on the form.
- Try to recheck your email address before submitting
your request.
- How long does it take to get the reply ?
- We will reply all your request / reservations within
one business day.
- How to pay the hotel reservation ?
- We will need your credit card details once the
reservation is confirmed.
- Your credit card will be used as a guarantee ONLY
and will be charged if there is any cancellation within
certain period of cancellation policy.
- All payment will be collected upon arrival in Bali
except for reservation beyond Bali.
- The reservation for beyond Bali will be treated
using the sign on file payment from your credit card
or bank transfer. A credit card statement form will
be faxed to your fax number.
- We do accept cash / travelers cheque / Visa / Master
Card / Amex
- A special fee will be applied for any payment by
credit card.
- All transaction by credit card will be converted
into local currency using the bank selling US Dollars.
- What does it include on the special internet
rates ?
- Special internet rates are including 21% tax and
service charges.
Breakfast is include in some hotels (please read carefully).
- Free arrival transfer will be provided for a minimum
5 nights stay at hotel located in Kuta / Legian /
Seminyak / Sanur / Nusa Dua / Jimbaran.
- How to cancel the reservation ?
- Please just email us the previous correspondence
and change the subject with "cancellation for
hotel name"
